Before the visit

I will send you an online intake form to complete before the visit. This will ensure I have collected accurate information before we meet.

During the Visit

We will discuss your health history, the infant’s health history, as well as any challenges or concerns. I will complete a physical assessment of both mom and baby to evaluate breastfeeding. We will weigh the baby before and after a feeding to see how much breastmilk the baby is transferring while feeding, and we will discuss the plan of care and any other questions or concerns you may have.

After The Visit

I will provide you with a customized plan of care and will be available for follow-up by secure messaging for one week after the visit. We can also make plans for a follow-up visit if necessary.
